We’re inviting experienced group-class trainers to join the next Club Reformer Academy: our signature eduction designed to develop the next generation of Club Reformer Instructors.

How to participate?

To participate in our academy, you must have experience as a group-class instructor and you can work on the music.

This education is only open for those who want to become a Club Reformer Instructor.

  • Prior to the Academy, we will organise audition days where we ask you to demonstrate your teaching skills by teaching us a 10-15 minutes workout.

  • The Club Reformer Academy is our in-house training program designed exclusively for those who want to become an instructor at Club Reformer. This intensive education includes 10 physical academy-days and 20-30 hours of individual practice.

    You’ll be guided by our Lead Trainers and will learn everything about the unique Club Reformer method, both in theory and in practice. You will master tons of reformer pilates exercises while enhancing your teaching, instruction and presentation skills.

  • We teach and challenge you on posture, form, alignment and other fundamental pilates principles. How to work with intensity and other workout specific variables. Sports-physiology, anatomy and the scientific elements of physical performance. 

    You conclude your journey with an official 50-minute exam and certification. Passed your exam? We guarantee you classes as a trainer!

    • You are an experienced group-class trainer and can work on the music

    • You want to teach 8-16 Club Reformer classes a week

    • Being present at one audition-day is required to be considered for a spot in the Academy

    • This journey will challenge you to grow. Growth is not always comfortable

    • Make sure you can attend the planned academy-days
